OBJECTIVE
Attain employment that would allow me to provide education and care to the community through utilizing the Advanced Nursing process to diagnosis disease processes in the clients and provide prudent and competent care to restore the clients to a healthy state.

Registered Nursing for twelve years in the clinical setting along with three years of providing Nursing education in the clinical setting for aspiring student nurses. In this role, I could provide care to patients with multiple disease processes through assessment, administration of medications/treatments, collaboration with other disciplines in the setting, and education about the disease process to the patient, family, and students. In 2015-2016, while preparing for the Advance Registered Nursing role care was provided for patients 14 years old-end of life, in which I planned the treatment of care under the supervision of a preceptor.

Provide Nursing instruction to students utilizing the Nursing process to provide competent care to the patient and instructing the use of nursing skills and applying the knowledge in a clinical setting. For example, the students learn how to assess the patient using the head to toe technique and the knowledge is applied in the clinical setting. The students learn how to insert urinary catheters, apply dressings, and sterile technique. These skills will be applied to the clinical setting.
