Intro: I am a driven, adaptive, and highly innovative business professional with over 6 years of professional experience. After graduating a year early from college with a double major while also working full time, I moved to Spain to receive a Masters and learn Spanish. Property Manager – Manage lakeside condominium property; attract new tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, showing units. Establish a rental rate, calculate overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals. Use Excel extensively to budget and track costs.
AirBnB – Palma de Mallorca, Spain Oct 2015 – Nov 2016 Property Host – Perceived and reacted to individual needs of guests, scheduled and hosted individuals from all over the world, upheld hospitality standards and Airbnb standards, provided unforgettable service encounters. Country Club of Charleston – Charleston, SC Aug 2014- May 2015 Member Services - Because the Country Club had a small number of employees, I worked in several different departments and had many different titles. Through cross-training, shadowing of management, and willingness to work 50-60 hrs/week, I quickly proved myself to be an invaluable member of the team and was continually trusted with responsibilities beyond my job position.
