Plan, direct, and manage plant operations in accordance with the company’s mission and objectives. Oversee and monitor the overall operation of all plant production lines. Established and maintain systems and procedures in pursuit of an optimally efficient operation.

Work collaboratively with supporting departments and their respective managers in ensuring that plant objectives are accomplished. Author, implement, communicate, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed to ensure an educated and informed workforce of over 100 personnel.
