residents in the home. Acted as a liaison between the families and care providers of

the residents to assure them that their family members were properly and respectfully

cared for. Cleaned and prepared rooms for residents, documented changes in residents

health and/or mood on daily flow charts, prepared and served meals according to

residents dietary requirements.
