Served as Leasing Manager for two brand new construction lease ups- The FORUM at Denton Station and Alta 1900 Lofts. The FORUM was Greystar's first student housing property with 1044 beds and Alta 1900 Lofts was a conventional mid-rise state of the art brand new construction by Wood Partners. Created and implemented marketing plans, developed online marketing strategy, digital marketing, social media marketing. Attended chamber of commerce events, community outreach, organized community events, mentored and motivated team by setting goals and developing contests, implemented new ideas to generate traffic, created flyers and marketing binders. •The Forum was leased to 97% within one school year and this was the most expensive community in the area.
