Operate Manual JET Lathe, Colchester Triumph Lathes to machine, repair. Perform full strips, Flange Skims, and Shroud Fits of Turbine Engine Fuel Nozzles LM 6000, LM 2500.

Complete overhaul process of LM's Receiving and Booking of Fuel Nozzles. Initial inspection, cleansing of nozzles through caustic tanks, rinsing, sand Blasting, polishing conical. Flow room procedures such as Pneumatic and Nitrogen Pressure testing of Body, Shroud, Secondary and Primary of all Fuel Nozzles.

Work and communicate closely with Supervisor to ensure and maintain completion date deadlines as well as confirm absolute conformance of all jobs.
