Manufacturer, Exporters and Suppliers of Sand Castings in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel and Nickel Based Alloys.
Job Profile:
Preparation of CAD drawings and models for Valve components using Solidworks (Drawing includes casting tolerance and machining allowance).
Creating drawings for the mould with GD&T and tolerance analysis.
Analysis of Solidification and filling of casting using Magma 5.3.
Design of gates and runners using Magma 5.3 for valve components.
Design review with customers and design optimization based on requirements.
Coordination with sample shop till series production.
