Civil engineer specialized in water resources engineering, with advanced graduate engineering degrees, and 14-year experience in project management, including water and wastewater projects, water quality, floodplain and waterways management, watershed management, hydrology and hydraulic, sediment collection in sewer systems, application of GIS and remote sensing in geologic mapping, and water quality analysis and trend development.
