shift, making certain that they are in good working condition.
12. Accompany patient for special procedure, investigation and treatment
to other hospital and other destination.
13. Report to the head nurse/ charge nurse any immediate problems and
difficulties arising during the course of duty.
14. Maintain a good professional relationship with patient relatives/
families and encourage them in the participation of patient care as
required.
15. Provide education and health teachings prior to patient discharge.
