High-grade gold recovery project in British columbia. Various sizes of thickeners are supplied for concentrate and tailing dewatering i.e. paste thickener. Complete detail engineering of the thickeners are handled by my team. The equipment is considered for cold climate design and snow loads

KCC Katanga Mining Ltd (DR Congo)

38M, 35M 2015

Katanga mining limited operates large scale of copper cobalt mine in congo. We have delivered post leach thickener and pre leach thickener. Developed link lift drive mechanism to reduce the cost of the thickener. Designed for bolted arrangement for reducing site welding

MALARTIC (Canada)

65M C type thickener 2015

High-grade gold recovery project in Canada. Clarifier made with truss type half bridge, rake arms, cages with guide bearing in concrete tank. One of the biggest thickener handled by me GROSVENOR (Australia)

45M B type thickener 2014

Coal tailing thickener. It is one of largest thickener made as bridge type thickener. The design is very unique and posed huge challenge during installation with high camber and splicing of the bridge to the maximum possible length
