Prepared financial and management reports showing total sales and delinquencies by name and percentage with cumulative totals for the major subordinate commanders and the two-star general commander. Reports analyzed for trends and a by-name report is prepared of all command delinquencies. As the ISA manager coordinate with over 100 facilities in our eight-state area requiring support agreements with other DoD agencies. Coordinated each agreement within the 81st RRC Headquarters and then with the appropriate state Guard, Navy or Air Force chain of command. Prepare the annual Management Control Program report coordinating with all sections to compile the report for the directorate.
