Led and supervised an international staff to include Construction Managers, Mechanical, Architectural and Electrical Engineers, Administrative and Scheduler personnel.
Managed all communications between the Owner/Stakeholders as well as the Main Contractor and various Sub-Contractors working for either the owner or the main contractor.
Infrastructure included 4 kitchens with one kitchen being the largest of its kind in Saudi Arabia, a swimming pool and Royal Suites as well as four specialty restaurants - French, Indian, Lebanese and an all day dining area.
