Projects Accomplished

● Two times upgradation of distillation column from 8 m to 15 m with SS-316 Structured Packing includes Upgradation of Heat Exchanger with cooling tower water as utility's to improve it's efficiency with reduce BTC & increase in purity of solvents, Project Cost- 30 Lacs.

● Installation of new distillation column having 10 KL kettle with column of height 15 meter with having SS-316 structured packing including 2 Nos 25 m2 heat exchangers & receivers including all set up to reduce BTC and increase production capacity, Project cost-55 Lacs.

● Automization of solvent movement from SRP to production blocks or vice versa, Project cost-1 crore.

● Installation of 400 TR Cooling Tower + installation of additional new heat exchangers on each Reactor with having cooling tower water as utility to reduce Heat load & Solvent Loss,Project Cost- 35 Lacs.

● 2 times Replacement of Reciprocating Chiller with 60 TR Screw Chiller for Brine at -20 C to reduce the energy bills & enhance the capacity, Project Cost-80 lacs,Payback-15 months,Saving in Electricity-6 lacs per annum.

● New facility for final stage of Atorvastatin product & “Powder Processing/Level 3 Area” with air class-D (100000 Class) as per GMP includes

● Installation of SS-316 equipments like reactor,VTD,TrayDryer,Multimill, Vibrosifter, Nitrogen sealing machine,Centrifuge, Passbox,octagonal Blender &Micronizer all commisioned as per GMP standard.

● Project medipath related to packinging of sugar strip which require clean room having temp not more than 25 & RH 20 % led to making of pharma plant as per gmp & clean room requirement having Puff panel wall room with flush type window & gmp doors(Project Cost-50 Lacs).

● Installation of Ahu cum Dehumidifier Bryair to reduce humidity & normal AHU System air to Maitain temp in below 25 in all the rooms.
