RESPONSIBILITIES-JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for operation of all Electrical and Mechanical utilities like HVAC system, LT panels and Breakers, DG sets, UPS, Chillers, PA system, Firefighting systems.

Responsible to manage the team of Chiller operators, help desk Executives, multy skilled shift technicians, BMS operators, Pantry boys, House Keeping team, Office Boys.

Responsible for asset management and maintain asset inventory and review Monthly, Quarterly and Half yearly.

Co-ordination with Land lord for Lifts, water management, Transport management and building management.

Handling AMC for various fixed assets and scheduling PPM for current and following years.

Planning, scheduling and implementation of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and Shut Down maintenance of engineering equipments.

Co-ordination with Housekeeping and other agencies for soft services.

Co-ordination with outside vendors and contractors for completion of projects.

Maintaining technical and non-technical legal documents in place for inspection by Management, Auditors and Legal authorities at any point of time (JPMC, JLL,Govt, Agencies)

Preparation of all Daily, Monthly and Scheduled reports and timely submission.

Handling technical and soft skill operation of the site.

Taking care of Housekeeping services and regular training.

Implementation and monitoring of Environmental Management System (EMS) with review on monthly, quarterly and Yearly basis.

Maintenance of Lighting Arrestor & Earthing.

Maintenance of Lifts -4nos.

ACHIEVEMENTS: -

Drastically reduced Energy Bill through initiative taken for Blue Star Chillers overall maintenance and training technicians and Vendors as well (Appreciated by whole team and Client as well).

Introduced regular training programmers for technical staff to enhance their technical skill.
