Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of Various Type of Module Mounting Structure And Solar Module Erection activities and preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress reports.

Held daily and weekly meetings with owner and sub contractor to achieve the target

Checking/ clearing the sub-contractors bill as per drawing and work orders.

Making observation and taking measurements from drawings and planning the sequence of operation and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Identifying the backlogs to reach the targets and seen that required actions to be taken. Technical

guidelines to subordinates and contractors.
