- Scheduler for a Multinational Company on a $307M contract to upgrade a 21 mile portion of Indiana Highway 37 to interstate standards.

- Reviewed road and bridge plans to develop schedule activities, material quantities and compliance to scope of work.

- Prepared a 4500 activity schedule broken down into a multilevel Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), with each activity also assigned to a subcontractor, location and project phase.

- Developed reporting process to maintain project status and project reporting for daily work plans as well as look ahead schedules using Excel and P6.

- Evaluate schedule progress to prepare and distribute reports on project status.

- Coordinate with purchasing personnel to provide schedules for contracts to ensure that required subcontractors are available to meet construction requirements.

-Senior Alutiiq representative for all work on Fort Drum responsible for; the hiring of all team members and sub-contractor procurement including engineering/design professionals; material procurement for all of the task order contracts awarded under the IDIQ and the USACE (US Army Corps of Engineer) firm fixed price contracts.

- Provided leadership and direction to Project Managers, Site Safety Managers, Quality Control Managers Superintendent’s and the Project Controls Manager which allowed them to accomplish their tasks efficiently, allowed them to grow professionally.

- Reviewed and approved Quality Control and Safety Plans as well as ensuring their implementation. The results of which there were no major accidents/injuries and very few if any warranty claims for work performed.

- Prepared, tracked and reported monthly financial status of all projects to regional Director of Construction.

- Prepared, reviewed and approved monthly invoicing through Contract Manager and WAWF to both customer and corporate finance.

-Trained Project Controls Manager, and Project Manager on good practice’s scheduling and reporting techniques using Primavera P6 resulting in improved team performance.

-Implemented and trained project personnel on the weekly schedule updates, 2 week work plan projections which resulted in better organization and utilization/coordination of assets and improved project efficiencies.

-Built and re-built critical path method (CPM) project schedules. Base-lined, updated, tracked and completed time impact analyses on all barracks renovation schedules to meet changes in troop redeployment schedules ensuring that troops returning from combat deployments had newly renovated barracks to return to.

-Setup and conducted schedule review and schedule development meetings with project teams that consisted of project managers, superintendents and sub-contractors resulting in timely project completion.

-Created and maintained 140 schedules covering jobs ranging from simple installing fence to replacing rail road track, sewer main upgrades, constructing new buildings and numerous barracks building renovations on Fort Drum.
