A highly dependable, resourceful, flexible & innovative Primavera (P6) Project Planner,with technical and analytical skills in project planning & project management, experienced in project planning in oil & gas and engineering services. SKILLS

Experience working in oil & gas and Engineering Environment.

Proficient in use of Planning tools for all EPC: MS Project & Primavera (P6.8.3,16.2).

Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Enovia.

Sound knowledge of PMI and APM Methodologies.

Ability to work independently and prioritise own work load.

Programme/Projects : Building of New Series Of Cars, Valued At Over £400 Million .

Position; Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Collate & Integrate work stream owner plans to P6 Schedule.

Create Level 2, 3 & 4, WBS network diagrams with suitable work-levels Primavera (P6).

Review & Update project work stream status with project team members utilizing Primavera (P6) Software.

Run critical path analysis and produce deviation report including monthly and weekly reports.

Provide 2 -4weeks schedule look ahead to support project team.

Monitoring of the delivery of scheduled parts from suppliers and making sure the deliveries complies with organization standards.

Cost load & Resource load, as well as leveling resources to suit project and portfolio requirements.

Monitor Budget/cost in every phase of the project and communicate with management regarding delays.

Review & Update the Engineer with lead time of parts & implication on MRD.

Chasing the engineers to get an update of level of work achieved and task that needed to be reviewed..

Communicate with Project manager, Lead Engineer, Module leaders on impact of delays of key project deliverables.

Assist in risk identification and risk analysis processes.

Creating and reviewing change process in key VPP deliverables in project work stream.

Earned Value Analysis & Schedule performance for all early/late S-curves, milestone slippage reports and float erosion reports.
