SUMMARY
I worked my way up to a supervisor position in a solvent based foil stamping business. I was specifically in charge of 14 employees in various departments. I was responsible for meeting safety, quality, and production goals, as well as, a member of a team set up to reduce waste. I created a database for tracking wax levels used, how they changed during production, and the effects on the products being ran. I worked to develop a downtime calculator to set changeover goals. I led the qualification of the most recently installed coating machine, while going to get my certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Examples can be submitted upon request of various projects and my Green Belt project also.
