Managed the HR function for a facility employing over 300 people as it relates to employee relations, training, recruitment, health and safety, legal compliance, compensation and benefits administration.

Established screening and selection process to insure the recruitment of the best available personnel reducing turnover from 79% in 1990 to less than 5% in 2009.
