1. Churn Analysis: To Identify the loyal and profitable customer segment and to measure the tendency of losing a customer segment.
The model has been developed by logistic regression using R language.
The historical observation is that we lose close to 40% of the customers every year and we pushed down that value to 20%
2. Upsell Modeling: To identify the right set of subscribers to up-sell the subscription.
The model has been developed by logistic regression using R language.
According to this model, 58% of the subscribers had the chance of getting an upsell. 3. Decision Tree Model: To build a statistical model that in turn would help an insurance company in assessing their consumer base as some of the customers had defaulted in making the payment on balance due.
The model has been developed by CART using data mining R language.
Identified the groups of customers along with their default rate. 4. Air traffic Control: To design an Air Traffic Control (ATC) system that ensures that the correct campaign reaches the relevant customers with a suitable frequency to further enhance the level of engagement across all campaigns.
Ranked the campaigns according to a calculated metric Email Score based on Deliver rate, Open rate, Click rate, and Unsubscribe rate.
Output:
i. 18.6% of the customers who receive Clothing emails are actually engaged with the content. ii. 54% of the customers who received Grocery emails are actually interested in them. iii. 31.5% of the customers are interested in receiving Home-ware emails. COURSES
