1. Title: PNEUMATIC SHEET METAL BENDING MACHINE

My role: Leader of the team

Abstract: The sheet metal Bending process is a main part of the all industries. Normally the sheet metal Bending machine is manually hand operated one for medium and small scale industries. In our project is “PNEUMATIC SHEET METAL BENDING MACHINE”. The sheet metal Bending machine works with the help of pneumatic double acting cylinder. The piston is connected to the moving Bending tool. It is used to cut the small size of sheet metal. The machine is portable in size, so easy transportable.

2. Title: Vertical Axis Wind Turbine In Magnetic Levitation

My role: Leader of the team

Abstract: The goal of this project is to build the vertical axis wind turbine to generate electricity by using wind energy. This type of vertical axis wind turbine will generate electricity without using generator or alternator, But by the application of magnetic levitation concept. This wind turbine is designed to sustain all the forces by wind and to keep the wings of the turbine rotating even though there is low wind force. This type of vertical axis wind turbines has three wings which are attached to the rotating shaft. The wings are designed that they accept the wind which comes from any directions. This project contains design and prototype of vertical axis wind turbine.
