2-increasing Candy SIMA productivity from 380 ton/month to 600 ton/month, we improved the MTTR,
MTBF,FR factors which cause the OEE to increase from 40% to 62%
3-Finish the operation license for (Candy SIMA Factory) with Government
4-Re-arrange the Lollipop lines and make automatic Packing project, which saving 14 labor
(about 25000/month), The project cost about 300,000LE
5-Re-arrange the Wafer lines and make automatic feeding system from lines to 6 packing machines, which
saving 12 labor (about 22000/month), The project cost about 300,000LE
6-Granulation Project, we lost about 30% from Royal herbs products as a dust, I bring a line from Poland
to transfer the dust to granulate and reuse it again and I suggest to make granulated herbs (Mint, Anise,
Hibiscus) as a granulated tea idea
7- Royal admin building about 3000m2, 5 levels for 500 labors
8- Automatic liquid gum base transferring 9Ton/H from 3 big mixers (3 Ton/H) to 15 small mixers (650 K/H)
9- Automatic crystal sugar transferring 60Ton/D for 4mills
10- Erecting three honey gum lines (Mixers, Extruders, honey injection systems, Refrigerators, forming
Machines, cooling tunnels, Feeding conveyers, Sorters and 15 flow pack machines) 13,500tablets/min
11- Automatic honey feeding system for 40 mixers
12- Automatic flavors feeding system for 40 mixers
13- Fully automatic transferring tablets system from High coaters to Sorters to packing machines by cooling
tunnel conveyors
14- Erecting a lot of fully electrical systems (MVP's, Power Transformer's, Generator's, MLVP's with its PFP's,
ATS or 2O3, All Distributions panels, All Conventional and PLC Control panels with motor drives)
15- Erecting a lot of utilities work (Boilers, Compressors, Dryers, R.O units, HVAC systems, Fire Fitting & alarm
systems, Lighting, Plumbing & Earth System)
16- Shared in a lot of Key turn factories, Production lines erections and Stores as: -
