resolve host, network/fabric, power issue and data structure. Collaborated with SSG and host team (Cisco,

Brocade, Windows, Linux and Unix) with evaluation of EMC log and collaborated phone/chat with a field

team. Duties include for engaging or escalating to more senior resources to resolve more complex issue.

Business Network Engineer, Slashsupport Inc., South Jordan, Utah, February 2008 – May 2011

Responsibilities involved in taking Business & Retail calls to diagnose, to isolate, to troubleshoot, and to
