I have acted as facilitator for SAFe framework for Lexis in transition to SAFe. CareSource – Senior Project Manager [2016- Present]

-Manage Challenging Business Development Integration Projects for Health Insurance including Behavior Health in all markets and products for multiple states that included cross functional departments (Compliance, Technology, Enrollment, Health Management and Providers, Finance)

-Lead war room emergency projects for cost saving initiatives for health care editing systems for pharmacy and medical

-Manage and lead strategic technology programs/projects that include Project Managers and teams for infrastructure additions, Cloud Development(AWS), API, Web Application Development, CRM and Shared Services both for enhancements and new products through all phases of life cycle including conception, planning, execution, testing and release.
