Boingo Wireless, Lake Success, NY Sept. 2005 – Dec. 2015 Operations Manager/Business Development Manager, Director Managed the Telecommunications Network Access System agreement with the PANYNJ. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, project management and development of new business within the PANYNJ. Managed a group of 6 Field Operations Managers overseeing their workload, project and operational responsibilities for all WiFi and DAS systems at PANYNJ properties such as The World Trade Center, JFK, EWR and LGA airports, PATH Stations and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Additional responsibilities included monitoring contract compliance, completion of all projects on time and within budget, cellular carrier management and coordination, and maintenance of airport terminal manager relationships.

Global Product Manager Recording Systems, VP

Responsible for the product management of voice recording, storage, and playback systems for all Deutsche Bank locations globally. Developed strategic direction for above mentioned platforms, setting and maintaining global standards and writing key operating procedures to be adhered to for audit, legal and compliance related purposes. Additional responsibilities included building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic vendors and the bank’s business units to help develop leading edge technologies for the bank’s use. Managed the development of a desktop Playback Organizer Application, allowing traders to listen to recently executed trades right from their desktop PC. Prior approvals for playback from the Compliance Department were automated within the application. Overall responsibility for the management of all Voice and Audio Visual related technologies for Deutsche Bank in North and South America. Managed the 60 Wall St. Relocation Project which included installing two Nortel PBX systems, one IPC IQMX system supporting 1,300 trading positions, one voice mail system and 40 Audio Visual equipped conference rooms.
