EXAMPLES OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Developed and implemented statewide Quality Assurance processes for all major programs provided by DSHS (Food Assistance, Medical, Cash, Child Care, WorkFirst work participation, etc.) This included developing scope of work to be accomplished, designing the forms, policies and procedures to be used, establishing budget requirements, coordinating with various parts of the agency in gathering resources needed, and working with IT staff in the design and development of computing systems used. Developed a performance based OJT program for the Office of Fraud and Accountability to improve worker performance. As a result, performance improved by 40%.
Led a team that developed a process accounting and performance-based measurement system while at Boeing that was able to save over $16 million annually by identifying and eliminating non value-added work.
