•Coordinated with over 125 stores to ensure that they received their merchandise in a timely manner;
•Planned and implemented the shipping schedule to ensure that each store received their freight when expected (eg: sales, promotions etc);
•Created and implemented shipping guidelines which improved the efficiency and accuracy of the department;
•Scanned out inventory to create shipping manifests per store;
•Worked with courier companies to install terminals in house to speed up the shipping process;
•Prepared manifests for the Int’l shipping coordination to prepare customs documents for international shipping.
