Executive Administrative Manager/Human Resources Manager

Assist the CEO, President, Deputy CFO and Legal Counsel for Oil & Gas Operator.

As Administrative Manager I am responsible for locating and implementing our company lease agreements for our move to the current office location expanding our office space from 1,225 sq. ft. to 10,430 sq. ft. In 2016 directed and manage the sub-lease of Phase I of this property lease.

Responsible for contracting and maintaining service vendors for all office requisites.

Assisted our legal firm to establish Master Service Agreements and credit lines for all vendors associated with ZTC. Manage and approve payments for all cash-in-advance vendors.

Requisitioned and managed an on-site Management Office in Centerville, TX as well as all electrical needs at the well sites.

Responsible for Railroad Commission of Texas submissions and approvals for all well activity and maintaining the operator license for ZTC. Manage ZTC’s FracFocus submissions for all wells.

Work with our insurance broker to develop and implement ZTC’s insurance program for the company including Commercial & Business Packages, Business Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Control of Well/OEE, BHA, and Oil Lease Property. Responsible for submitting quarterly and annual reports for underwriting analysis and renewals for all policies.

Developed and manage the projects for our Hardware and Software Infrastructure. This includes solutions for land base software for oil and gas, accounting software, and ongoing IT needs in partnership with a local US based consulting firm.

As Human Resources Manager I am responsible for payroll and procurement and management of an employee benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-term Disability, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Life, Premium Only Plan and a 401k Retirement Plan. I also developed and manage the corporate Employee Handbook for ZTC policies.

Responsible for developing job descriptions and salary ranges for all positions. ZTC works with several recruiters in the US to find the top 5% of employees in respective fields for offers of employment with ZTC.
