Duties and Responsibilities
Familiarize the relevant Health and Safety Executive registration that effect the type of construction work being carried out
Ability to identify hazard and asses risk of construction site
Capable of advising the most appropriate control measure and system of work in order minimize the risk
Ability to communicate the safety and health requirement to all people across the board
Conduct health and safety inspection
Provide advice, information and instruction on local OHS issue
Help manage risk and hazard in their area
Monitor local area compliance with OHS policy and procedure
Review and analyze injury and incident report and data
Issue memorandum on safety matter involving accident and near misses incident in operation
Initiate immediate investigation on matter regarding accident and near misses loss of property
Conduct periodic safety drills and inspection to maintain readiness and safety consciousness and compliance among employees and authorities respectively
Ensure compliance that every deficiency is being rectified and corrective actions are taken for non conformities cited after internal/external audits
Study and recommend measures to enhance safety practice and to disseminate information campaign/program regarding implementation of over-all safety
Monitor condition,expiration,re-servicing, re-conditioning, supply and safekeeping of all safety equipment
Promote, exercise and sustain 5S practices and expectation in the maintenance of a swept, straightened and shiny work place.
Erection, fit-up and installation of all kinds of pipes and minor and major piping needed for above and underground piping
Fabrication of spool, fitting support.
Hydro testing of all high and low pressure pipelines
Fit-up and installation of all board.
Perform related work required by immediate supervisor
Prepare of all tools and piping materials
Preparation / grinding / fit-up spool and installation of all kinds of valves fittings.
Fabrication works, cutting grinding, fit-up and isometric layout
