Receipt inspection: Materials like, plates, pipes, nozzle forgings, forged shells, fittings, structural
items of various profiles as per various standards, beam, column, stiffeners, wings plates, bolts, nuts, fasteners, gaskets,etc. with respect to approved purchase order, client specification, approved
drawings, applicable code & standards. Also maintaining record of materials used for construction.
Inspection Planning: Preparation of QA / QC plan in line with specification and code / standard
requirements and obtain customer / client approval for their Hold, Witness or surveillance check
points, Preparation of seam wise and assembly wise checklist to maintain better track of the job
progress. Preparation of detailed inspection procedures, etc.
Welding: Conduct the qualification of welder as per ASME sec IX & AWSD1.1 maintain the record of
