PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
2016 - VLS Decommission conversion - Retiring of VLS application for Home Equity loans and lines of credit off of VLS to MSP. This will reduce costs for business and IT by $50MM per year 2015 – Insurance Multiple Dwelling Structure Policy Changes - Design of systems to set up multiple flood or hazard lines in order to fulfill the property needs at closing and send this information downstream to the servicing system. This enhancement reduced FTE hours by 10 hours a month with a decrease in work efforts cost of $11K annually 2014 - CCW Tech Rewrite – Build of new application that allowed 100% of all Mortgage Banking Customer Calls to be serviced through one user interface vs multiple, as a result customer satisfaction increased and save $1.2M annually in operations and technology costs
