EUREKHA FORBES LTD: I have started my carrier as a sales executive for 2 years .(1995 to 1997)

UNICARD MARKETING PVT LTD (D.S.A OF CITIBANK CREDIT CARDS) joined as a sr .sales executive based on my performance I have been promoted as team leader handling about 10 sales executive for more than 5 years(1997 to 2005)

FUTURE MARKETING PVT LTD,( D.S.A of ABN AMRO BANK) After that I have got an better opportunity,so I have joined as a sales manager handling around 6 teams each team consists of 8 executives for more than 5 years(2005 to 2009)

Here my role was on a daily basis I will sit with my team managers and discuss about the yesterday achievement and also I will educate them how to handle the executive in a soft manner,like motivating them,going along with them to the field with the non performer and tell them how to handle the customers.

After that I will assemble the meeting for every body based on the team managers commitment I will discuss with the executives also, and I will motivate them on a daily basis for the performers and also for others,and I will educate the how to handle the customers, and I will share my experience

BIKERZ YAMAHA (Dealer of Yamaha )After that I have shifted to YAMAHA Two Wheeler industry as a service manager for more than 4 years.(2009 to2014)

There my role was handling service advisors,technicians,tele caller billing section,

And Spares team who was reporting to me, I used to monitor their works on a daily basis and guide them in a proper way to reach the team target .And having a team meeting on a daily basis and was discussing about how to increase the vehicle volume with my telecaller, and how to increase the workshop labour with my service team and about how to increase the spares volume with my spares team overall my role was increasing the profitability revenue to my boss and for my team to achieve the monthly incentives and motivating my team to achieve their target and also looking after the customer service by giving the service vehicle delivery on the committed time with the quality to the customers.

our main goal was customer has to go with the smiling face while taking delivery from the workshop and also I used to interact with the customers on a daily basis and getting their suggestions about our workshop service and experience by the customers, based on the customer suggestion I will discuss with my team members about the customer suggestions and we will start implementing their needs if their was a genuine and which is acceptable by the management.

After the service our tele caller used to call the customers about the service done in the workshop,if there was any issues in the vehicle we will call the customers and full fill their requirement,and also I used to educate my service advisor how to handle the customers in the soft and polite manner,and also I used to educate my tele caller how to talk to to the customers over phone in a polite and decent manner and my responsibilities are similar what I have mentioned in my BAJAJ experience.
