Established a new relationship with a major manufacturer that provided the world’s first continuous concrete system producing over 750 cubic yards of concrete per hour for a major dam project in India.

Directed the design and collaboration with manufacturers to develop the first asphalt plant to produce pavement from 100% recycled asphalt. Result: Established WEM Automation as the leader in green technology, environmental stewardship, and innovation.

Developed new revenue sources through the expansion into motor control centers, control houses, and ancillary equipment associated with core products. Result: Added over 10% revenue with increased growth year over year along with long term replacement revenue. Added high margin products with very low direct labor and overhead costs.
