I was hired to design, create and build the plants ability to pass FDA/BRC requirements:

Complete refurbishment of a 22000 square foot facility to prepare for honey production/BRC/FSMA/FDA standards.

This position was to take 6 to 8 months, and was completed in 4.5 months. I was then offered and accepted the Plant Director position.

The plant is currently producing 175000 pounds of honey/week prior estimates were to produce 50000 pounds of honey/week.

I have assembled a team including: Operation Manager, Line Manager, Shipping & Receiving Manager, Office Manager and 10 to 12 general employees.

In addition to the above referenced duties, I personally sold a contract to National Foods for 1.5 million pounds of honey over the next 3 years.
