Training at internet service provider dealing with fluctuations in the signal to noise ratio at the premises, monitoring upstream and downstream signal, verifying connectivity at the customer’s router, configuring the routers, analyzing the signal spectrum at the fiber connection, visiting the network operation center (NOC) room. PROJECTS:

Network config

• Designed a lab with different network connecting to different autonomous systems with protocols such as e-BGP, i-BGP, EIGRP, MST, etc. PPP encapsulation and CHAP authentication were used.

• Configured the customer edge and provider edge router for different VRF’s.

• Gained hands on experience with the cisco switches and routers while configuring the lab. Debugging and troubleshooting were essential part of the lab.

Industrial Project

• Designed a network connecting data center to various customer sites using MPLS(main) and DMVPN (backup) paths with help of VISIO and GNS3.

• Analyzed and classified data traffic based on QOS.

• Went through billing of materials (B.O.M) for routers. Mobile Controlled Robot

• Developed a robot which communicates channeling the DTMF (Dual tone multiple frequency).

• Microcontroller was programmed with appropriate commands.

• Commands included the robot to turn right, left, up, down on the press of the keys 6, 4, 2 and 8 respectively on the mobile.

Hand Movement Detection

• Developed a program using image processing tools (Matlab) to recognize the movement of hand

• Object(hand) would be detected by color and its movement were tracked wherever it followed. VOLUNTEER:

• Volunteered at stampede organization for habitat of humanity, helped to build houses and chairs for people in need
