Recent Projects

Fee and Costs (ALL STATES) - This project impacts all business units in the company. Each state has additional rules and regulations, in addition to federal laws, regarding the amounts and types of fees and costs that can be charged to the borrower/customer. My primary responsibilities are:

Captured project Scope, prioritized by risk exposure to the business

Managing expedited handling of documentation, development, testing and implementation of each deployment required to remediate each scope item.

Managing and coordinating cross-departmental project team

Coordinating with IBM internal and external counsel regarding compliance status and documenting the audit trail for lessons learned from prior project deployment.

Coordinate overall software development lifecycles of program work streams.

Matrix management of resources to ensure on time delivery Pro-Rated PMI Refunds – Project is due to Federal law that requires the mortgage servicer to return all unearned premiums for PMI to the borrower no later than 45 days after the termination or cancellation of the PMI.

My primary responsibilities were:

Ensure Escrow Department calculates all unearned premiums (including any pro-rated unearned premium) and refund it to the borrower as required.

Develop and maintain project level and program level project plan.

Managed program management structure and program level reporting

Coordinate and lead requirements gathering, solution design and other project related meetings.

Partner with business resources on business process solution design and training material. Project Manager - Experience
