Current Employment:

Presently associated with SKH SMC PVT. LTD. GURGAON (Krishna Maruti Group of company). As Engineer in TOOL ROOM. From 05/07/2015 till now.

Responsibilities and Skill:

Take interim action during Break down for maintenance of die in minimum time to avoid the production loss.

Taking action agonists die problem as per die upload report by production and quality departments.

Preventive maintenance to avoid sudden break down during production. Such as Die insert matching, Die polishing, Welding if required, Ejection pins and core pin change.

Leakage proof cooling arrangement.

Maintain a sufficient stock for die spares.

Making drawing for modified spares.

Maintain document such as Die history card, Daily work report. Die Break down report.

Maintain Ejectors rods, Shot sleeve, Plunger rod as per production plan.

Manufacturing Engineering and Process Sustenance:

Documentation – Process, Work Instructions, Control Plan, Preventive maintenance of die and machine tools, History card, MIS REPORT, Data check sheets, Preparation of machining job time plan In –Process QA of products, Process preparation of tool Design/Machined drawing file.

Inventory management- prepare list of operators responsible for inventory item, Conform stock on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, Suggest changes required in safety levels of inventory items.

Subcontracting-Prepare Subcontracting order/Oversee material issue/Posting Subcontract orders.

Improvements- Initiate ideas for improving quality and productivity.

Safety- Maintain safety standards like 5S.

Calibration- Ensure that all the instruments/ Equipments used is of valid calibration status. Do the needful for calibration.

Maintenance- Maintain critical spares required for instruments /Equipments maintain the maintenance registers, Regular maintenance of the instruments/ equipment’s.

Budgeting- Prepare the budgeting for manpower/Instruments/Equipment.

Time Study Analysis/ Motion Study Analysis.

Process and Product validation

Non Productive Assets Reutilization, Line Synchronization and establishing Lean Process Flow System, eliminate Non Valuable Asset Operations, wastage and to make operations skill free.

Plant/Shop Layout and Modifications.
