My responsibilities are to meet with the residents and listen to their requests and concerns, to plan events, inside and outside of the facility and transport the residents when needed, to manage the Life Enrichment Department, keeping detailed records and logs pertaining to each resident and various events and procedures, Data Entry, Excel spreadsheets and written data management.I arranged for meetings with residents; spend time with them getting to know their passions to better serve them.
