As a teacher my duties included running the classroom. In the mornings I would come in and monitor my room to insure that the room was safe for my children to come into in the morning. My job was to manage my two assistants that I had, we worked on the lesson plans together, went on home visits, and held parent conferences. I managed to keep together my large groups, music, library, easel, art center, and other areas included in the center area.

Maintain staff’s attendance electronically, Perform building and grounds checklist, Meal Production Record. Keep up with Personnel Evaluation. Perform staffs evaluation, interviewing prospective staff, Do the grocery order. Milk and Produce order. I manage the efforts of 14 staff daily, work with Mentor teacher to help staff with Lesson Plan. Monitor teachers and classrooms, order supplies, work in the kitchen if the cook or housekeeper isn’t in, and above all else, CCMS.
