Career Summary
I have in-depth experience in hardware and software technical documentation. I used desktop publishing skills and MS Windows based software to produce installation and user guides for printed material and online access. I worked in an XML/DITA environment (Epic/Arbortext) and a task-based content management system and single source writing environment (Vassont).
I am currently converting real property to rental units. However, I will continue to use my technical writing skills to produce 100% accurate and timely documentation which will help to improve brand identity and increase customer loyalty and trust.
