Program and Project Management

Relationship Building and Management

Managed, built and strengthened ARC relationships with key national response partners and corporations, including the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention (NAMB), Starbucks, Carlin, Hormel, U.S. Foodservice, Sysco Food Corporation, The Salvation Army and American Culinary Federation; recruiting NAMB into the Coordinated Assistance Network (CAN); collaborated with FEMA and USDA on nutritional guidance, specifications and quantities for ARC and federal government shelf-stable meal stockpile to increase capacity and rapidity of immediate disaster feeding
