Consultant for Zions Bank system conversion for Deposit Systems, Teller, TD and Exception Processing going from a batch posting to real-time posting.

•Worked closely with IT and UI teams to design new processing environment within the Deposit system for NSF/Posting Exceptions. This environment included a new design for the Exceptions Inquiry system as well as a new design application for processing return transactions for other Operational departments outside of Exceptions.

•Created Function Business Design documents for impacted departments.

•Participated in Exceptions Operational review meetings to present process change.

•Assist in identifying technology requirements and GAPS for lines of business.

•BA/Test Lead for the IT Team for the introduction of the image platforms within Day 2 Return/Exceptions environment converting to the Fiserv EE/IRX applications.

•BA/Team Lead for the consolidation of 10 Return/ Exceptions sites applications with end goal creating a nationwide environment where workflow could be handled in a disaster situation.

•Ba/Team Lead for Return process for the conversion of 2 major sites into the core platform for BofA Model system for both deposit and operational systems (California & Washington).

•Participated in the migration and upgrade for Deposit process for Day 2 Lockbox.

•Managed the migration of Card Returns process from Delaware site to Boston site; incorporating the process within the Incoming returns daily process. Ensuring that CIF and Lockbox data was integrated into the image platform and transmitted to the appropriate deposit system for posting.

•Served as BA for Day2 Operations for all ICL processes and enhancements that interface between the deposit system (IMPACS) and Operational applications. Working very closely with the IT team and upstream/downstream applications such as IP, CIF, Lockbox, ACH and Analysis (APX/CAPS).

Commercial Clerk - Business Analyst

My career began as Commercial clerk with Equitable Bank, within an 8-month period I was promoted to Supervisor. I assisted department manager with the acquisition of Equitable and Maryland National Bank. I was assigned to the Statement Rendering area as Manager and to revamp the manual process to an automation workflow utilizing the NCS Statement Rendering equipment. Within a few years, I was asked to move to the Account Service Day2 Exceptions Team to reduce open cases and reduce the financial write-off; this exposure presented opportunities to work with the IT Team on system enhancements. These opportunities were the catalyst to becoming a Business Analyst for BankofAmerica supporting Day2 Operations as well as the SME for Exception/Incoming Returns processes.

I have played a major role supporting Day2 Operation in all major acquisition and conversions from Equitable Bank, Maryland National, Nations Bank to what is known as BankofAmerica today; working in roles as SME, BA, Test Lead and PM, taking my job title from Operation Officer to VP with the Process Design Consultant Team. Becoming part of the patent for the upgrade of the Sterling Vector Five system taking it from manual paper to image.
