Dearborn, MI Works closely with the Assistant Manager of Field Operations

10/2009 – 2011 (AMFO) and the Local Census Manager (LCOM) on compliance

for pre-established Quality Assurance goals and procedures.

Establishes contacts with politicians and community leaders

to foster relationships that ensure an accurate Census count

for the state of Michigan. Acts as project lead on numerous

operations that run simultaneously. Assists other managers

and Census partners with assignments and special projects.

Developed training tools, and trained management staff under

Census staff. Managed Quality Assurance payroll, budget,

strict budget constraints in an ever changing very fast

Duties included, entirely resetting 120 foot cosmetic display in two different cities, in a two week period.
