-Assist with electronics and modifications of commercial aircraft on a variety of systems, including prototypes, following all applicable federal, customer and shop procedures and regulations for work and documentation.

-Work closely with other departments including structures, sheet metal fabrication and cabin to ensure that aircraft can be completed and delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.

-Responsible for accurate testing preparation for all germination laboratory testing.

-Accurate evaluation of all testing completed in the germination lab including warm germination, cold tolerance, herbicide tolerance, and physical purity for all crops.

-Regularly participated in validation studies on all testing methods to help ensure standardization and consistency of results.

-Assisted in the maintenance of the sample library including regular purges of old samples, organization of newly arrived samples and the safe control of regulated genetic material in accordance with FDA guidelines.

As a Data Entry Technician:

-Responsible for accurate entry of all daily testing data from the Germination and Isoelectric Focusing (IEF) laboratories.

-Developed, maintained and was responsible for the filing of all physical copies of data sheets.

-Maintained records of all third party testing data conducting by other laboratories.

-Responsible for assigning retests as required on failed test results and following up on any discrepancies in the testing cycle for all samples.

-Developed and maintained a Microsoft Access Database to track training for all contract and full time employees.

June 2009 to June 2011

-As part of the USS Essex's Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department (AIMD) Work center 610 regularly performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems and related equipment. Also performed corrective maintenance on Tactical Air Navigation Systems (TACAN), Inter-Communication Systems (ICS) and related equipment.

-As Dispensed Technical Publication Librarian (DTPL) was responsible for the maintenance of all technical manuals utilized for troubleshooting.

-Instrumental in Work Center 610 passing Aviation Maintenance Inspection (AMI).

-Diligence and attention to detail resulted in maintaining a 95% Ready for Issue (RFI) rate in Work Center 610.
