ASSOCIATED ASPHALT 2008-2016

Director of Operations and Development, Tampa, Florida.

Rose to this position after being Director for Florida Operations from 2008-2014, expanding the original role to include all company terminals in 2014. Supported the operations of seventeen company terminals with leadership, production process improvements, engineering and reliability expertise. At the same time, direct and immediate responsibility in Florida and Georgia for four asphalt terminals with a combined 360,000 barrel capacity, including two plants marine supplied on deep water. Managed 20% of company employees and all operations in the Florida terminals with responsibility for: personnel, safety, production efficiency, raw material supply, capital planning, purchasing, project management and design, engineering and preventive maintenance. Responsible for the export and transportation business. Helped develop new processes, improving efficiency and implementing new products.
