Manage 15 employees and all aspects of operation and administration of 400 residential units in the Bronx rent stabilized and rent controlled and small commercial properties
Closely supervise maintenance and repair operations including day to day work orders.
Maintain accounting and recordkeeping including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and direct support to the Accountant.
Responsible for collections of all monies for the properties, including but not limited to rent and other fees.
