Accomplishments: Successfully managed the Engineering Department, DoD Contracts and Production areas. Supervised and Led Fourteen Employees on a Daily Basis both by Instruction and Example. Designed and implemented many Test Fixtures, Products, and Electronic Designs. Delivered over One Hundred Department of Defense Contracts. Obtained two U.S. Patents.

July 1997 to December 2003: Engineering Manager @ Riverside Mfg., Inc. Responsibilities: Managed the Engineering Department and Participated in New Product Development. Electrical Design, Schematic and PCB design, Troubleshooting Manufacturing Processes. Accomplishments: Successfully managed the Engineering Department while carrying a heavy Personal Engineering Load. Supervised the Implementation of many Test Fixtures, and Production Cells. Identified and corrected problems with Manufacturing Processes for Cost Reduction, Fatigue, and Ease of Assembly. Designed the New “Bullet Proof” Hazard and Turn Signal Flasher Module and the First LED Tail Lamp Assembly for the HUMVEE.

Consulted for the Department of Defense at the White Sands Missile Testing Range in New Mexico. Consulted for A.M. General to resolve Production Line Issues at the Mishawaka Indiana HUMVEE Production Facility. Consulted for A.M. Accomplishments: Maintained and Ran the Development Dyne Software and Hardware as needed. Assisted the Engineering Staff with the Complete Replacement of the Dyne Drive Systems. Engineered and Installed a New Dyne Control Panel and Emergency Stop System for the New Dyne. Trained Employees to Run the New Equipment.

Authored the New Dyne Operations and Calibration Manual. October 1994 to October 1995: Customer Service Engineer @ Sensormatic Electronics Corporation. Responsibilities: Scheduled and Performed the Installation of RF, Magnetic, and Enhanced Video Loss Prevention systems. Trained New Contractors and Employees to Install, Tune, and Test Systems.
