Devices and components include catheters, braided and coiled reinforced shafts, extrusions, balloons, heat shrink and polyimide tubing, injection molding, hydrophilic coating, and finished device assembly and packaging. Worked with internal and external domestic and global clients including all throughout the US, Israel, Ireland, Japan, Spain, Costa Rica, and Australia.

- Project Management: As a project manager, developed proposals and controlled costing of projects ranging from initial development projects through to steady state manufacturing. Part of the tasks also included maintaining cost tracking, invoicing, labor and resource hours, managing operators, materials, equipment, and work space. Provided constant communication with customers as company representative on assigned projects.

- R&D: Developed processes and devices from concept phase through to manufacturing transfer. Participated in concept development / brainstorm meetings to create innovative medical products. Devices have ranged from neural catheters to remove blood clots, ablation catheters for treating atrial fibrillation and renal ablation, electrically charged catheters for treating COPD, GI tract catheters for removing blockage, steerable catheter for delivering mitral valve replacements, along with many others. Developed fixtures and tooling to improve designs and the manufacturing of devices.

- Manufacturing: Have taken products through all phases of manufacturing consisting of manufacturing for initial concepts to DV, Biocompatibility, Sterilization, FIM, Clinical Studies and Commercial Release. As part of creating a design in R&D, was able to develop skills in design for manufacturing. Created the processes necessary for creating efficient and steady state production lines.

- Documentation: Developed engineering and manufacturing MPIs, routers, inspection plans, and component specifications for R&D and manufacturing devices. Created DV, IQ/OQ, Validation, and DOE protocols and reports for devices, processes, and equipment. Maintained Design History Record and Design Master Record documentation to be compliant with FDA regulations.

- Testing: Tested DV, Biocompatibility, Sterilization, Validations, and DOE devices and materials.
