To design recipe for existing and new applications and to conduct application trials accordingly.

To develops new products and new shades according to customers’ requirements.

To decide critical parameters of the products so as to judge the performance against market set products and to provide maximum customer satisfaction.

To do customers visits to solve line related issue and troubleshooting’s.

To give support to production and QC for bulk batches on new products.

To evaluate new raw materials for development, cost reduction, formulation efficiency improvement.
