Uncovered a $750,000 pricing error on motherboards. Pulled, consolidated, and correlated the necessary pricing error data to the AR and Accounts teams to identify the affected customers and recover the shortages.

Cleared a three year backlog of outstanding refunds for branded product Return Material Authorization (RMA) in a little over 4 months’ time by providing customers with a more customer friendly instruction set and checklist of requirements. Streamlined the office backend procedures for administration of the RMA program eliminating the need for one part time employee and freeing up an average of 4-5 hours a week from the Escalation Manager’s desk
